You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not yet requested attorney review and have not finalized or executed a document. This covers you if you change your mind, found it wasn't the right fit, or never got started.
What is non-refundable
- ✦Attorney review fees once a review has been requested or performed — that service has been rendered, and the attorney is paid for their time.
- ✦À la carte add-on services already delivered (e.g., notarization, expedited review).
- ✦Documents that have been finalized and/or executed.
How drafts work (and why this is fair)
Every document you generate before attorney review is a watermarked preliminary draftmarked "Not for execution." A watermarked draft has no standalone legal validity, so the 7-day guarantee gives you a genuine, risk-free window to evaluate the platform before any non-refundable service is used.
If you refund or dispute a charge
On a refund or chargeback, your plan access is deactivated, finalized documents are removed from your vault, and active download links are revoked. This keeps the guarantee honest for everyone.
How to request a refund
Email support@preandpost.io from your account email within the eligible window. We process approved refunds to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
